We offer programs: For the more advanced students we offer the "Sun 73" Competition form and the International "Yang 24" form. All welcome. Beginners classes available

| Cost: | Full cost per 1 hour session Further discounts are available, pay for five (5) sessions in advance and get the sixth session free and for members of the Tai Chi for Health North Queensland Association Incorporated an additional discount applies. |
| Preparation: | Wear cool, loose clothing, comfortable walking or thin soled shoes and please bring a plastic bottle of cool drinking water. |
| Outcome: | These Tai Chi for ... 'Health' programs will start you with the basic moves (Forms) for beginners and lead you through to the more advanced moves (Forms). All our programs are based on the modified ‘Sun and Yang' styles of Tai Chi. Also included will be the 12 safe warm up exercises and a basic Qi Gong breathing exercise to help you relax. With ongoing classes and continued practice, you should develop better balance, improved blood circulation, some relief from joint pain and feel a reduction in stress levels as well as notice improvement in concentration levels and focus. Overall, Tai Chi aims to achieve an improvement in health and well being. |
